Puck Shaper Instruction
1. After shaking, place portafilter in the upright position. Place the Puck Shaper on top of the basket. Twist and lock the Puck Shaper.
2. Spin the top cover 8 to 10 times.
3. Twist and remove the Puck Shaper for a perfectly shaped puck ready for tamping.
4. If needed, twist the shaper head to adjust its height while holding the top cover stationary. Twisting clockwise moves the shaper head higher, and counter-clockwise lower. Adjust 90 degrees at a time.
